I GET TO

CHANGE YOUR WORDS CHANGE YOUR LIFE

Hi, I’m Chris Cullen

A Keynote Speaker, Best-Selling Author, 2x Ironman, and Mental Performance Coach

I get to work with high performing executives, sales teams, elite athletes, founders, and organizations who care deeply about taking performance and leadership to the next level. From global brands to professional athletic organizations, my focus is simple: train the mind and performance rises with it.

I believe every person is capable of operating at a higher level. Pressure will always exist, expectations will always rise, and growth will always require courage. The opportunity is to strengthen your mind to allow you to be at your best when your best is required.

That is the heart of my work. Helping you build a mindset that supports not only how you perform, but how you live.

Why Perspective Training Matters

In 2024, U.S. employee engagement fell to its lowest level in a decade, with only 31% of employees engaged at work costing the U.S. economy an estimated $1.9 trillion in lost productivity each year.

A meta-analysis of 51 studies found that employees with higher Psychological Capital (confidence, resilience, optimism, and goal-directed thinking) demonstrate higher job performance and engagement, along with lower stress and turnover intent.

Work-related stress and burnout risk remain extremely high in 2025, with over 80% of employees at risk of experiencing burnout, driven largely by work-related stress.

The future belongs to those who choose how they show up within it…

and Chris is helping people make that choice every day.

I Get To is not just a phrase. It is a daily practice that strengthens culture, sharpens focus, and elevates energy from the inside out. His work is influencing corporate leaders, sales teams, athletes, and high performing professionals who want to compete, lead, and live with intention.

New Book: I GET TO

I Get To is a book that shows the reader how a simple shift in language can reshape the way we see ourselves, our work, and our lives. It provides a framework for self-leadership by teaching how to move from “I have to” into I get to, unlocking a mindset built on gratitude, growth, resilience, identity, and an awareness of time.

The book combines science, storytelling, and practical tools so the reader not only understands the power of perspective but knows how to apply it in daily life. It gives research-backed strategies, real-world examples, and reflection exercises that help rewire thought patterns and create lasting change. At its core, I Get To provides the reader with a fresh way to approach challenges, embrace opportunities, and build a mindset of possibility, both personally and professionally.
