Chris is a keynote speaker, mental performance coach, former Division 1 and minor league baseball player, 2x Ironman, ultra-runner, men’s health advocate, 3x author, and obsessed with how our mindset impacts performance.

This two-minute video captures his entire philosophy:

Hi, I’m Chris, and my work sits at the intersection of mindset, leadership, and peak performance. I help individuals and organizations grow through change rather than simply manage it. Rooted in the I Get To philosophy, my approach blends neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and lived performance experience to strengthen the internal foundation required when expectations are high and results matter.

That philosophy was sharpened during a full Ironman I completed while fighting the flu. What unfolded that day reinforced a defining truth for me: resilience begins in the mind. I became obsessed with learning about this mindset and the gifts it generates which has lead me to this stage of life.

My journey has taken me from serving as a Division I baseball captain at Michigan State to competing in professional baseball, and later into eleven years in MedTech sales and leadership where I contributed to more than $100M in revenue. Across sport and business, I’ve seen how excellence grows from identity, clarity, and a disciplined mindset. Through keynotes, immersive workshops, and long term partnerships, I help leaders and teams elevate energy, cultivate resilience, and perform with intention when it counts.

When I’m not on stage, you’ll likely find me training for endurance events, skiing in the mountains, traveling to new places, exploring a new fitness challenge, hosting a coffee meet-up, or trying a new restaurant with friends. Living fully remains central to the message I share.
